Quail Ridge POA is a friendly and welcoming community located in the heart of North Carolina. We are perfectly situated along the greens of the Golf Club of Quail Ridge and the boundaries of the Quail Ridge Swim and Tennis Club. Quail Ridge POA offers an exceptional lifestyle with proximity to amenities and city life, while providing a restful retreat on private, rural lots.
Quail Ridge POA is located a short distance from the city limits of Sanford, NC., and is a commutable drive to Southern Pines, Cary, Apex, and Raleigh. Quail Ridge property owners have the distinct advantage of living near two membered-guest facilities. Our proximity provides optional clubhouse access and amenities without additional Association costs to home owners.
The Golf Club at Quail Ridge offers Champion Bermuda Greens, TifTuf Bermuda Fairways, and mind-healing rolling hills. Memberships, packages, and classes are available. The Golf Club of Quail Ridge will institute new rules pertaining to private golf carts beginning January 1, 2023. Download rules.
The Quail Ridge Swim and Tennis Club sits on nearly five scenic acres, and features two tennis courts, a 1650 sq ft pool, and a playground for the kids. Multiple affordable membership options are available.
